Senior Director, Water/Wastewater
A professional engineer in three states (OH, CA, FL), Mr. Fathi leads Dynotec’s Water/Wastewater Division and provides more than 30 years’ experience in the industry. His leadership and demonstrated performance are evidenced in his work on the municipal side and the engineering consultant community. His vast experience encompasses all phases of utility operational management, engineering and facility planning including water distribution, water treatment, recycled water production, wastewater treatment, collection system study, design, and management. And he is well-versed in overseeing, directing, and administering the daily operations of utilities, including full management responsibilities of utility operations, maintenance, repairs, planning, capital projects, construction management for Water Treatment Plants, Water Distribution systems, Sewer Collection systems, Laboratory Services, Water Resources and Water Supply, Storm Water and Wastewater Pumping and treatment. He also has experience in planning, scheduling, and providing overall supervision of all staff and operations of treatment, distribution and collection of water & wastewater systems. Mr. Fathi provides extensive experience in organizing and managing large multidiscipline and diverse projects including site civil, underground utilities, process mechanical, structural, architectural, instrumentation and controls, SCADA and electrical. And he is experienced in several project delivery methods including Design-Bid-Build (DBB), Design-Build (DB), and Construction Management at Risk (CMR).
