Dynotec, Inc. is seeking a Structural Design Engineer (EIT) to join the Structural Engineering department. This position will be based in Columbus, OH.
Position Overview:
Design structural systems within the respective markets listed below. These systems might include shallow and deep foundations, two-way concrete slabs and steel composite floor systems, moment, braced and dual structural lateral load systems, and shear walls.

- Military/DoD facilities and bases
- Justice
- Education
- Commercial
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform structural engineering calculations with a thorough understanding of ASCE 7, AISC, and ACI.
- Experience with Concrete, Structural Steel, and Masonry design.
- Experience with structural analysis software and structural modeling.
- Proficient in Revit and capable of creating Revit models, drawings, sections and details.
- Conduct site visits and prepare field observation reports.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. Master’s degree preferred.
- Targeting 2 to 4 years of experience.
- Revit proficiency is required.
