Mr. Maleh brings more than 40 years of experience and an impeccable record of project delivery and client satisfaction to Dynotec in his role as a Senior Project Manager and leader of the Structural Department. Throughout his career, he has continually leveraged knowledge of engineering and project management best practices to create process improvements that foster cost savings, increase productivity through enhanced workflows, and heighten quality practices leading to long-term customer retention. His commitment to effective staff mentoring and his talents in Technical, QA, and PM training have contributed directly to his record of performance on projects ranging from federal and state to local/municipal in the realm of civil and structural engineering design. Cam’s Project Portfolio Governance has encompassed Integrative Project Management, Methodology Development, Risk Mitigation Management, and PMO/PM Budgeting & Reporting. His Technical Management has included PM Tool Development, Process Standardization, S-Curve Application, and Project/Feedback Tracking. And his Business Process Controls experience has included New Department Startup, Team Mentoring/Certification, Technology Implementation, and Matrix Leadership Practices.
