With a Masters of Organization Development, Julia has more than 30 years of experience with financial management and business administration for small businesses. While she spent most of her career in the construction industry, she also has experience in a diverse group of organizations ranging from engineering consulting to waste disposal facilities. Julia also has experience being a lead ISO auditor, as well as experience in change management and process improvement. She was a board member of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) for more than 10 years and a Finance board member for Bowling Green Christian Academy for 7 years. Julia loves to use her experience, education, and her desire to work collaboratively to help small businesses grow, reduce expenses, and increase profitability.
