Our Architectural and Structural services division has allowed us to extend our reach to important markets encompassing military/federal, facilities, vertical construction, and site design. Our team brings a combined 60+ years of experience on these types of projects.

Dynotec was founded in 1990 with a focus on bridge and roadway design for ODOT and municipal clients. While our capabilities have expanded, we are continually enhancing our qualifications and providing innovative solutions on our bridge and roadway projects. Our respected staff brings decades of design experience on bridges, culverts, retaining walls, sidewalks and curbs, ADA ramps, pedestrian and bike paths, intersections, streetscapes and street lighting, traffic signals, maintenance of traffic, parking lots, and more.

For more than 28 years, Dynotec has consistently been at the industry forefront in providing innovative, efficient, and environmentally-conscious solutions in civil and water/wastewater design engineering. Our company and our design professionals are routinely lauded for our performance on these critical projects for municipalities and state agencies. And our broad range of services encompasses water distribution, planning and modeling, supply and storage, collection and conveyance, stormwater management, site development and green infrastructure, sanitary sewers and tunnels, pipeline condition assessment, and pump stations and treatment plants.

For more than two decades, our Construction Management team has provided CM and inspection services in the Midwest for municipalities, DOT’s, state and county agencies, and airport authorities. Our staff have expertise in constructability reviews, onsite representation, asset management, facility condition assessment, and O & M-ready services. Because of the growing demand for our services in this area, we are constantly adding talent to our already established CM team.

Dynotec is committed to full-scale, multi-functional surveying and utilizing state-of-the-art technologies to create efficiences for our department and our clients. Our services encompass Boundaries, Topography, Utility Locations, Controls, Mapping, Right-of-Way Plan Development, and Construction Staking. Our crews employ modern equipment including Total Stations, Data Collectors, Robotics, and GPS equipment with current software. We are at the forefront of the industry in terms of our iPad and GIS/GPS utilization which allows for “real-time” capabilities in data collection and data storing.
